The girls at the desk were awesome and very helpful answered. All my questions about the area and eateries. The room is super nice with the working kitchen. As well, I would definitely suggest using Candlewood Suites. I would rate them a definite five stars

We were put in a handicap room by "your third party booking site." Nothing on our profile shows any accessibility problems. Shower was handicap and did not work for us at all.

I was extremely disappointed. Every other time I have come to this candlewood, the service has been excellent. I have booked here several times because of it. This time was horrible. The man at the front desk had a major attitude problem. He charged me for things that I was never charged for before. I booked a king suite. He gave me a queen studio and when I called up I was told there was nothing he could do. He started making up all kinds of rules that don't exist. He told me you can't book suites through Expedia. I've booked suites for that specific property through Expedia on five other occasions. Just so disappointed. Won't be back.
