This two-bedroom, second-floor condo has all the essentials to spend a fun and unforgettable vacation! This retreat is located in the exclusive The Omni Resort at Amelia Island.

The Omni Resort at Amelia Island gives you access to multiple restaurants, beach access pathways, bike paths, and so much more! Enjoy the beauty of Amelia Island and historic downtown Fernandina Beach. This incredible beachfront condo features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two king beds, two private balconies, a well-equipped kitchen, an on-site washer/dryer, TVs, and high-speed internet, and access to a shared outdoor pool and tennis court.

Things to Know Be sure to check out the newly added Pickleball Court! Sea Dunes Community is doing some construction on the exterior of the building from now until the end of September. That includes some heavy equipment on site at times, stucco repairs on arches and painting. There is some repair work also being done on the pool bathrooms, expected completion date of March 5th. Please be advised that the restroom facilities will be temporarily unavailable for the duration of the project. However, the pool will remain open. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community

Another perfect Amelia vacation.

Thanks to the owners for sharing this wonderful rental. The villa was very clean and comfortable. We had an enjoyable, relaxing time. Great proximity to the beach and pool. Beautiful view. Had coffee in bed and watched the sunrise!

Nice condo in the woods by the beach

Very nice condo in a little wooded area that seems like summer camp but a nice ocean view and all the amenities. Every room except bathroom has a nice ocean view and a a nice balcony of both bedrooms and living rooms to take in the sunrise.
