Nice hotel but when asked to clean room and replace towels, replace trash bags, they do not do it. I stayed here for 3 nights and had to stack the towels one night outside the door and trash due to them not going in the room and cleaning after i requested. Thats no integrity. It made the hotwl less valued when i have to walk the hall and see the same thing others were told to do. It sat for a whole day.

Horrible Stay

My stay was terrible. The room smelled so bad and the couch look like it has been outside playing in the dirt. Then i realized we was in a dog friendly hotel 😭 it said Dog suite and it smelled like a dog kennel. Then the noisy of other quess...i left at 4:30 am because i could not sleep from that noise and that AC blowing and made the smell horrible. But the front desk employees were very friendly and very nice.
