Filthy and I Left
I left and am about to do a chargeback as VBRO said the following were minor issues. The yard had toys strewn all over it, there was a car parked beside the drive that was being used as a storage facility, holes in the floor, the toilets had dried urine and pubic hairs stuck to the bases, there was granola in the primary bed, food wrappers stuck in a windowsill, a crack in the center of the front door that light could pass through, wet towels in the washer - that was unplugged and the water turned off as it was inoperable. (Listing included washer / dryer as amenities) some of the metal vents were jutting out at 90 degree angles and could catch and cut a leg, something red on a bathroom wall that may or may not have been blood, dishes in a dishdrain all piled up. When I first arrived at dark, after having traveled all day I had to call the property owner as they had not emailed the door code after confirmation or sent any type of welcome email. 0 of 10 stars for both the place and VBRO customer service as they did not care one bit.
