I reserved a room with a queen bed with a hide a bed for 3 adults. When after checking in and given my room key i opened the door to one queen bed . No couch with a hide a bed . When it was reported to the front desk I was told the would have to give me a roll away bed . The motel was full. My granddaughter is 29 years old and is 5’9” . They brought the roll away in and it was ridiculously thin . They brought bedding which included pillow covers but no pillows . I am really disappointed in this service. I still had to pay for the room I reserved but didn’t get !! I will not not refer anyone to this motel.
