The room looked way larger on line. No privacy in room in loft. Steps to get to it are narrow and unsafe. Asked for a comforter for pull out and never received one. Reservation was for 6 but had 4 bath towels and 2 hand towels and wash clothes. For the nicest room in the hotel and the price, it should have had more than one bathroom since 6 people can sleep in it. Will not go back.

Gravity Haus is tired in dire need of an overhaul and renovation. The location is amazing, but the facilities themselves are beat up, and needs a formal rehab. Additionally, not totally sure the purpose of the restaurant that is located inside the property as it is only open for a very small number of hours, and challenging to get food in late hours in Teton Village, which seems like an opportunity for the hotel. Teton Village is wonderful overall, but this property is just not living up to the level you would expect from that area.

The property was very cool and staff overall were nice. Property could use some maintenance like missing and loose tiles around the pool and hot tub area. The food was just ok, nothing special and the staff seemed to just be there to do their job. With that said the front desk staff was great, the restaurant was a different story, not very welcoming or really interested in how you trip was or how your stay was. No real interaction other than just doing there job.

Stayed at Gravity Haus for a quick overnight stay… it was just what we needed. Very convenient being at the base of Teton village. Clean… comfortable bed…. Would have liked ti use is one of the amenities but we were on a time crunch…. Great staff.. friendly.
