Our reservation was apparently across the street in a small dingy smelly room and not the main hotel tower. The parking lot was a bit too dark. We won't stay here again. The front desk employee was not pleasant or friendly.

This is our first visit back since Spring. We has a terrible experience then. This time, we had a really good experience. Both of the elevators work well and there is no more half done projects everywhere. The service by all employeesvon all areas including check-in, staff to fix machines, servers, restaurant staff were all polite, helpful and had great attitudes.

The room its self was great the issue was that I had booked the room as a smoking room yet when we arrived they said they only had non-smoking. This is an issue as this is the only reason we book here on our way to and from Las Vegas. I had booked both the stays we needed (Nov 1st-2nd and Nov 8th-9th) at they same time for the exact same room yet only the Nov 1-2 room was smoking when we arrived.

The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was toothpaste splatter on the mirror and there was no shower curtain. The bed linens appeared to be clean (I hope) and all other needed amenities were in place. Only one restaurant was open during our stay; the service and food was good, although the waitress was attentive to the point of annoyance.

The thermostat in our room, 6217 was not working, wouldn’t turn on at all. We didn’t discover this until very late when we had returned to our room. The phone in the room had no button to push for front desk. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone by calling the general number when we got back to our freezing room. The only reason we didn’t go back down to the lobby is that we had been drinking and decided to just keep each other warm with body heat. Woke up to a very very cold room. I was shivering when I got out of the shower and couldn’t wait to just get out of there. Our one night sleep in this hotel was miserable due to how cold it was.

Ac didn’t work, it was hot in the room. Asked for maintenance, came back hour later and still not fixed. Went to front desk and I was immediately granted a new room next door. It was a Wednesday night, slow, but the staff took care of me. Thank you, can’t wait to come back!
