No AC & cigarette stench in a nonsmoking room!!!

I booked a non smoking room and the first thing I smelled in the room was strong cigarette stench, including on the pillows. It was difficult to breathe all night. I immediately noticed the AC was not working, the front desk person was helpful even though it was late at night, he reset the AC from downstairs and it started pushing cool air slowly albeit, but at least it was working. Some time in the morning, it stopped working again. I had to open the windows for fresh, cool air. The lights in the room and bathroom were very dim and there was mold in the bathroom, but that was the least of our problems. The AC not working was the most difficult thing I had to endure. None of the staff speak English and this is totally unacceptable in the service industry. Please improve for your foreign visitors!

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

well located in walkable area

Hotel was well located near lots of restaurants to walk to. Room is normal for this price point, clean enough hot water. Breakfast was good. Check in was slower than usual. Parking is tight and the hotel had us park nearby and a local person asked us for money for the parking spot but we refused and had the hotel deal with him.
