I recently stayed at this hotel for five nights, and unfortunately, the experience was not as expected. When I initially booked, I chose the hotel because of its medium budget and convenient location near the sea, according to Google Maps. However, just before my arrival, I received a message from the reception with a different address than the one listed on Google Maps. Upon arriving in Izmir, I headed to the new address they provided, but there was no hotel at that location. I tried contacting the hotel, but they didn’t respond right away, so I went to the original location shown on Google Maps—again, no luck finding the place. After wasting time and paying twice for Uber rides, I finally got a response from them via WhatsApp with the correct location. By this point, I had already spent around $37 on Uber rides due to the confusion. When I arrived at the hotel, they tried to explain the situation, but I wasn’t convinced. However, I decided not to escalate things because I didn’t want to ruin my vacation, and the staff couldn’t speak English fluently, making communication difficult. The room itself was very small, and while the hotel claimed to offer daily housekeeping, they only cleaned our room twice during our five-night stay. I also had to repeatedly go to the reception to ask for basic amenities like water, tea, and toilet paper. On a positive note, the staff were polite and treated us well, but overall, I chose this place for its location, and the misleading addres

Modern and clean hotel

This hotel was very modern. We didn’t encounter any issues. There was a nice and popular bakery within walking distance to eat for breakfast. We had a pleasant stay. Thanks!

Good value, but not «great»

Pros: The rooms were clean, and the lobby looked nice. Good location near main street of Alsancak and the train station. One of the receptionists were very helpful regarding reccomendations and planning of our activities. Cons: Service could be better as we had to negotiate with one of the receptionists regarding getting a couple more towels/toilet paper rolls. Lobby was not airconditioned at peak temperature times, which made waiting for the room to be ready slightly uncomfortable.

The best hotel to stay in the Alsancak area.

The most clean, reliable and professional hotel in the area. The room I stayed in was a bit small, but i stayed solo, and I had made the reservation with that in mind. There wasn’t the slightest issue with cleanliness in the room, unlike many other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area, where I often had to stay in dirty rooms that, most importantly, smelled of cigarette smoke. But this hotel has no smoke policy. Last, but definitely not least, the hospitality of the hotel manager, Mr. Zafer, was also commendable. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to İzmir.

Güzel bir konaklamaydı, sıkıntısız ve eksiksizdi. Bölgedeki en iyi otel olduğunu düşünüyorum. Alsancak’ın merkezinde bu skalada böyle bir otel gözüme çarpmadı. Çalışanlar da güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. İzmir seyahatlerimde öncelik tanıyacağım bir otel olacak.

Temmuz ayında 3 gece ailece konakladığımız otel kaldığımız en sessiz ve huzurlu otellerden biriydi. Bulunduğu sokak tekin görünmesede biz herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. Resepsiyondaki çalışanların tümü çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Bir dahaki izmir seyahatimde kesinlikle kalacağım bir yer.
