The three-level house features, on the ground floor, an entrance with cloakroom, an office, a bathroom (shower and toilet), a 20 m² laundry room, a cozy lounge opening onto a large covered terrace for rainy days, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area with access to the garden for sunny days.



On the first floor, you will find a spacious 50 m² double living room, 2 bedrooms, separate toilets, and a bathroom with both bathtub and shower. The top floor offers a 50 m² bedroom with a fireplace insert and a bath area, plus the house’s highlight: the rooftop, perfect for tea breaks, cocktails, or relaxing with a good book.
