We are close to The Ithaca Commons, Press Bay, Cornell, Ithaca College, Cayuga Lake, Finger Lakes Wine Trail, State Parks, National Forests, Waterfalls, Streams, Restaurants, Live Music and Festivals, Hangar Theater, State Theater, and Kitchen Theater. This is our family's home. We live here when not making it available for your family's vacation. This makes it very homey for you, ensuring you have everything you need to be comfortable.

First, the house is quite big, with capacity to accommodate many people. There were just two of us on this stay (my adult daughter and I), so we had plenty of space. The house is well appointed with furnishings. It has a very nice stereo system downstairs and surround sound TV upstairs.Internet speed was very good, using the Spectrum service.No complaints about the kitchen, good size, lots of utensils and cookware.Window unit a/c in most rooms.Parking for two cars, one on either side of house. Beautiful rear patio, but we didn't use it. 5 - 10 minute walk to the Commons. Very quiet at night, which is a plus.
