Dias de tranquilidade e cuidado

Um lugar especial para quem busca relaxar em meio à natureza. A pousada tem toda a estrutura imersa em uma natureza singular. Foram dias maravilhosos incluindo o serviço desde a recepção, café da manhã e auxílio com dúvidas. Todos são muito receptivos, destaque especial para o Fred, a Ju e a Jaque. Com certeza buscarei novamente o espaço quando precisar me hospedar em Penedo.

O quarto escolhido tinha um almoxarifado junto com o closet, com e enfeites de Natal, toalhas de mesa antigas e roupas de cama com um cheiro muito ruim, e todo o quarto tinha um cheiro de mofo insuportável, suportamos ficar no quarto por aproximadamente uma hora e meia e com muita dor de cabeça desistimos do hotel que não tinha nenhuma outra opção de quarto disponível o atendente disse que essa era a melhor opção de quarto e que os demais pela natureza tinham esse cheiro de mofo que pessoas urbanas não estavam acostumadas, bom estou no aguardo do reembolso total do hotel que não quer me reembolsar, não recomendo o hotel

A pousada no geral é muito boa. Porém fica em um local onde o acesso não é muito bom, por ser uma estrada de terra beirando um penhasco, com um morro do outro lado com risco grande de deslizamento. Em dias de chuva deve ser bastante perigoso. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e gentis. O café da manhã é bem razoável, fui acreditando que era o melhor do mundo (por conta das avaliações do site) porém é bem mediano, não tem tantas opções. Um ponto positivo é que apesar de ficar dentro da mata não tem mosquitos ou insetos (de forma que incomode). É um ambiente ótimo para quem quer ter contato com a natureza. O quarto que fiquei (casal luxo) é maravilhoso, nada a reclamar (talvez só a água quente que demora muito a esquentar e as vezes ficava gelada do nada, principalmente na pia que dificilmente esquentava).

Foram muito receptivos. Espaço é bonito, tem um fio d'água próximo com água bem limpinha e que faz um barulho relaxante de água corrente. Mesmo tendo bastante natureza em volta, é bem limpinho e conservado. E apesar de ter um estilo chalé, a mobília e acabamentos não são velhos, é bem moderninho. Somos muito rigorosos com a limpeza, mas não tivemos problemas com isso. Além disso, tem uma gatinha escaminha maravilhosa para receber os hóspedes.
