Liberaram no check-in um quarto que nao estava arrumado, entao pedimos e eles voltaram ao quarto para arrumar, quarto antigo, ar na ajusta temperatura, nao tem janelas black-out, 6 da manha o sol te acorda, pressao fraca no chuveiro, cafe sempre foi muito bom em outras hospedagem ao vila verde, dessa vez, muitas coisas amanhecidas, e ressecadas, ja ficamos em quartos melhores, esse fio pior, ala 1, a ceia pagamos 820 reais para 2 adultos e 1 criança, nao vale a pena, desorganizado, serviu tarde, comecou a servir queijos 21:30, uma fila enorme, banda ruim, errando as musicas kkk so conseguimos entrar no salao as 22:30, cerveja original quente, os funcionários do fratelli (restaurante dentro do hotel)sao otimos parabéns.

A estrutura externa do hotel, bem como o café da manhã, são muito bons, porém a estrutura dos quartos está extremamente antiga, uma pintura já traria uma renovação mínima. Além disso, as camas são muito duras, os travesseiros finos e a roupa de cama encardida.
