Nossa satisfação começou na recepção pela Glaucia e pelo Fabio, fomos muito bem atendidos e recepcionados de forma muito especial como se já fossemos conhecidos. No restaurante não foi diferente, tivemos sugestões de pratos excelentes pelo Vinicius e também muito bem atendido pelo Lucas. No café da manhã, a Kelly nos ajudou muito e com muita dedicação, principalmente pelas restrições alimentares da minha esposa. Também no checkout, fomos muito bem atendidos pelo recepcionistas. Enfim, jun dos melhores hotéis que já tivemos o privilégio de nos hospedar. Obrigado pela dedicação e experiência.

Quartos não tem aquecimento. Apesar de ter equipamento de ar condicionado, o mesmo não tem a função de aquecimento. Determinada noite, foi encontrada uma barata dentro do banheiro. Pedimos via telefone adicional de cobertas, mais de 30 minutos e não foi entregue. Tivemos que ir na recepção pedir.

Here's a revised version of your review: --- I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The recent refurbishment has given it a fresh and modern feel, and everything was super clean. The reception staff were friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. I visited in May during the low season, which allowed for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the lush greenery surrounding the hotel, as it enhanced the tranquil environment.

It’s a good hotel overall. But the design is very weird. It’s like a labyrinth. It’s difficult to find everything and you have to walk around in circles to get to where you need to go. Also, there’s nothing around there. So if you want to go to a restaurant or downtown or anything you have to take a taxi or an Uber. It’s not walking distance to anything. It’s also not far by taxi, but that’s what makes it inconvenience too far to walk and too close to take taxis
