Poor service, not recommended.

We booked and paid for 4 days but only stayed one day, we left the inn because it was what we expected. The room was uncomfortable, lots of stairs to access, bad service, the TV didn't work, there was no space at all in the bathroom. We don't recommend it because in the photos it looks much nicer than it really is.

Lugar incrível, com uma vista maravilhosa. Falta manutenção nos quartos. Banheira externa e ofuro sem funcinar. Ar condicionado no quarto não tinha a função esquentar, fomos no inverno. Café da manhã bom. Atendentes muito prestativos.

Lugar centralizado, praia da Lagoinha, praia do Embrulho e prainha bem próximas a pousada, mercado, farmácia, restaurantes, igreja, lojas e feirinha de praia. Equipe de funcionários com muita cortesia e atenção. Esperava mais do café da manhã, achei que poderia ter mais variedades. Como fui comemorar o meu aniversário, faltou um mimo da pousada para a aniversariante. O quarto estava limpo, o chuveiro fica junto com a banheira e para entrar achei bem ruim. Na parte de cima do quarto a janela que dá fundos para o mato não tem grade ou tela de segurança ou tranca para a segurança das crianças. Televisão com poucos canais disponíveis. Sacada com rede muito bom! Estacionamento. Wi-Fi livre. Acessibilidade nada fácil, muitas escadas para chegar até o quarto. Não vi rampa de acesso para cadeirantes, e para pessoas com problemas de mobilidade fica bem difícil a sua estadia. Os degraus faltavam aquelas faixas de segurança e alguns degraus essas faixas estavam soltas. Piscina bem limpa. Lugar cheio de natureza e muito tranquilo para dormir.

Pousada com uma estrutura muito boa. Disponibilizam caseiras e guarda-sol para levar para a praia. O acesso à praia fica muito próximo. Como tem muitas escadas dependendo da localização do quarto dificulta para que tem dificuldade de locomoção.

Estadia ótima e atendimento excelente

Ficamos um período de alguns dias e a pousada estava bem vazia. Sentimos bastante liberdade e tranquilidade com isso. Inclusive na facilidade em chegar e sair, bem como as vagas de estacionar na rua. Por outro lado, creio que em razão disso, o café da manhã era servido à parte, com mesa montada e horário determinado. Da nossa parte, nenhum problema quanto a isso. Ajudou bastante a nos organizar e fomos sempre muito bem atendidos, inclusive nos pedidos adicionais que fazíamos. Só sentimos (aparência) uma certa limitação na variedade por causa disso, do tipo: "será que com o local mais cheio teria mais opções ou não?". Apenas um comentário de menção, não desabonador. O quarto foi melhor do que esperávamos e o espaço bem amplo e gostoso. A única recomendação que faria seria talvez ampliar a variedade do pacote de canais (por ser TV paga, o acesso ao menu amplo dá uma sensação de limitação nas opções que estão realmente disponíveis).

Experiência muito boa!

Nossa estadia (eu e família), foi curta; somente uma pernoite. Quanto ao atendimento, gostaria de fazer uma observação: chegamos antes do horário de check in (pouco mais de uma hora), mas não foi possível entrar antes mesmo sabendo que iríamos fazer o checkout antes do horário. Do resto o atendimento foi muito bom. A limpeza e o café da manhã tbem é um diferencial; muito bom. Quanto a acomodação: muito bom (aqui tbem deixo uma observação: alguns pontos merecem uma manutenção; como trocar a tampa do vaso sanitário, trocar o suporte do papel higiênico). Do resto tudo muito bom. Outro ponto que merece uma atenção: melhorar o acesso a pousada, pois está muito danificado. Acredito que cobrar do poder público municipal seria uma ótima ideia. A TPA que é cobrada tbem serve para deixar a cidade em melhores condições para os visitantes e moradores locais. Esperamos que em outra oportunidade todas as nossas expectativas sejam superadas.

Pontos positivos 1) Cortesia da equipe 2) Local e estrutura muito bonitos 3) Ótima estrutura de piscina Pontos ruins ou para melhorar 1) Rua de acesso , além de ser uma subida muito íngrime , estava com o pavimento muito danificado, tornando perigosa a descida 2) Estacionamento e gestão do estacionamento pessimos , além de insuficiente para a qtd de carros prováveis - deveriam descrever como limitado ou com extensão em outro local 3) Como a pousada tem muitas escadas, a noite são mal iluminadas e perigosas 4) Banheiro com grande banheira de hidro e área restante mínima e apertada. Dificuldade para acessar a banheira 5) limpeza do quarto não muito boa (limpeza e substituição de pratos , troca de toalhas, etc)

Tudo maravilhoso

Ficamos 5 dias com dois filhos pequenos e a experiência foi maravilhosa. O espaço com a piscina é lindo demais, com uma decoração e cadeira diversas super aconchegantes, fora um ofurô e uma jacuzzi no mesmo espaço sempre tudo muito limpo. Um lugar perfeito pra ficar com as crianças no final da tarde depois de voltar da praia. Fora a vista incrível pro mar de uma certa altitude, já que o hotel foi construído numa certa altitude. Todos os quartos tem uma rede na frente à disposição, perfeito pra ficar jogado a noite e novamente de frente com a vista pro mar. O café da manhã bem gostoso com muita variedade. O atendimento de todas as pessoas foi a melhor que tivemos até hoje em hotéis. Tb tem guarda sóis e cadeiras de praia à disposição para levar pra praia. Adoramos a estadia e com certeza voltaríamos.
