Péssimo. O hotel era sujo, cheirava mofo, tinha um tijolo no lugar do pé da cama do meu filho. Fui tomar banho e não tinha toalhas de banho. Nunca imaginei que um hotel em frente ao Beto Carreiro pudesse ser tão ruim. E ainda quando fui questionar o mau cheiro com o atendente do hotel, o mesmo disse que as janelas dos quartos ficavam fechadas para não entrar mosquitos. Foi o pior hotel que fiquei em toda a minha vida! Não recomendo para ninguém.

Hotel em situação precária, fiquei hospedado no quarto de numero 40. -Cheguei as 3h da madrugada check-in demorado sendo que ja estava pago. Desgaste e procedimentos desnecassarios. quarto mofado nos batentes da porta, umidade na padere, piso do banheiro quebrado, chuveiro da choque, pia do banheiro fica dentro bo box, nao tem onde colocar as coisas no box, toalha fina. Fui com namorada e amigos ao parque, mas tive essa decepção com a hospedagem. Por ser o "hotel" mais bem localizado em penha nunca imaginaria que o estabelecimento estaria nessa situação fisica.

Localizacao x comodidades

Com uma localizacao sem igual, porem, ah esses "porens"!!! Porem instalacoes quase precarias, infinidade de degraus nao disponibiliza elevadores, fiquei num quarto que a parede da porta de entrada era uma parede de blindex com uma cortina (semelhante a lojinhas de galerias pequenas), o chuveiro dava choque e quando questionamos sobre isso a recepcionista abriu a gaveta e nos entregou luvas para colocar nos registros! Sentamos no cafe da manha e precisamos mudar de lugar pois tinha goteira no salao de alimentacao, lugar mau cuidado. O cafe da manha caso chegasse proximo do termino nao tinha reposicao dos alimentos, se chegasse cedo tinha uma pequena variedade. O salao de jogos os tacos de sinuca nenhum tinha ponta, faltavam algumas bolinhas. Entendi o porquê da tarifa nao reembolsavel! Para tomar banho e dormir sairia muito mais barato e comodo ter alugado um apartamento que coubesse todos da reserva.

Pior experiência da vida! Hotel em pessimo estado. Travesseiros mofados, lençol puído, toalhas manchadas, o tapete era um pano de chão sujo e surrado, papel higiênico de péssima qualidade, chuveiro dando choque, paredes mofadas, portas de madeira quebradas/podre, e como se não fosse suficiente, a pia do banheiro era dentro do box. Não há, limpeza diária nos quartos (exceto se solicitado), e o café da manhã é sofrível. Suco de pozinho, ovo seco e cinza, e a manteiga? Um pote de 1kg de Qualy. Em 1 dia, tinha pão de queijo recheado. Ufa!

Não recomendo nem pra inimigo

Prédio em péssimo estado de conservação, piso solto, paredes mofadas. Quarto com fios expostos no quadro de luz, cama com colcha encardida e manchada, colchão com molas expostas (foi necessário pedir para trocar o colchão e roupa de cama), lençol roído e esgarçado de usado, porta de correr para a varanda sem chave facilitando a cesso externo. Banheiro com azulejos quebrados próximo ao interruptor de luz podendo cortar a mão ao tentar acender a mesma, box com restos de cabelo e outros resíduos não identificados, chuveiro velho e fiação com ligação duvidosa, armário do banheiro solto, deteriorado pelo uso e infiltração de agua visto que estava mal instalado.

Caro, péssimo, mas bem localizado

Sem querer ser injusto, fomos bem atendidos e a localização do hotel realmente é ótima, mas o hotel é muito ruim. Apesar de parecerem estar reformando/construindo partes novas, a hospedagem está longe de ter qualquer estrela (quanto mais 3, como indica o Google), os quartos são sujos, armários quebrados, chuveiro dá choque, colchões mofados mais do que surrados de tão molengas e barulhentos com travesseiros fedidos. Pagamos caro pela acomodação e apenas ficamos por não ter possibilidade de cancelamento e serem apenas duas noites. Mesmo com as avaliações negativas, não imaginei que fosse tão ruim. Só culpo a mim mesmo por não ter devidamente lido as mesmas e pesquisado mais sobre o local.

Ficamos na expectativa pelo hotel ser frente ao parque, nosso quarto ficou no 4 andar e lá não tem elevador e vc sobe por uma escada perigosa. Já no quarto, a maçaneta do banheiro estava enrolada com fita isolante, um perigo, tanto no nosso quarto, quanto nos dos amigos que nos acompanharam em viagem! Eu não recomendo!

Barato, mas não é bom

O hotel é simples e serve como dormitório. Parede do quarto, da porta, era de vidro. Tinha sujeira de cupim nas camas e banheiro. Assento do vaso quebrado, machucava pra usar. Papel higiênico de péssima qualidade. 5 pessoas estavam comigo e tinha um sachê de shampoo de quarto. Qualquer solicitação tinha que ir até a recepção.

Quando chegamos fomos bem atendidos, quando chegamos no quarto foi uma desolação total. O quarto tinha uma cama dura , a tv nao funcionava canal nenhum. Nao tinha outro quarto pra trocar e para piorar no segundo dia o chuveiro simplemente pegou fogo por má instalacao, e a cama estava lotada de formiguinhas . Depois os atendentes ainda queria me cobrar mais uma diaria falando q o site passou o valor errado da diaria.
