Imóvel muito bem localizado e conservado. A proprietária Sra Christa é muito solícita e atenciosa. A praia é excelente para crianças pequenas, com águas calmas. Para quem busca tranquilidade à beira mar, este é o local. Adoramos nossa estada!

O sobrado está localizado no melhor ponto da praia de Zimbros (no Cantinho de Zimbros). É espaçoso, arejado, com uma ótima churrasqueira e um gramado agradável. Melhorias, devido ao desgaste natural do imóvel e exposição permanente à maresia, são necessárias, como trocar os aparelhos de ar condicionado por split, instalar novo fogão, ventiladores de teto, além de consertar a porta de vidro e colocar telas antimosquito nas janelas. Sim, eu alugaria de novo.

Casa no paraíso de zimbros, com os pés na areia!

Nossa estadia nesta residência foi muito agradável. A casa está em ótimo estado, os colchões são bons, todos utensílios de cozinha que necessitamos encontramos. Conseguimos buscar pão quente toda manhã pois tem padaria próxima e também um mercadinho. A praia de zimbros é um paraíso, mar limpo, natureza exuberante, propícia para esportes aquáticos como standup, caiaque e jet Sky. Zimbros também é ideal para quem tem crianças, pois o mar é muito tranquilo. A proprietária nos recebeu muito bem e fez de tudo para que tivéssemos uma boa estadia. Acordar e ter os pés na areia foi uma experiência inesquecível. Voltaremos com certeza!!
