Praia de Bombas

A experiência foi incrível, a pousada fica na cara do mar de Bombas, a vista é tipo melhor impossível, o atendimento muito cortês, tudo muito organizado e limpo e o café da manhã muito gostoso, tudo sempre bem fresquinho e bem preparado. A única coisa que acreditamos que poderia melhorar são as camas. No nosso quarto a cama foi prometida king mas no fim eram duas camas de solteiro juntas para formar uma cama de casal. Uma solução bem ruim que incomoda no caso de um casal. No mais, a experiência foi muito boa!!

DECEPCIONANTE

O local não vale o preço que se paga! O único ponto forte do estabelecimento é a localização, pois é na frente do mar, porém, nos demais itens a pousada deixa muito a desejar. A parte da recepção e cozinha tem um bom visual, mas no que diz respeito ao quarto, tudo é velho e mal cuidado. Além disso, quando chegamos no local, apesar da reserva ter sido feito para dois adultos e uma criança, não tinha lugar para instalação adequada de uma cama e nos foi oferecido ou um colchão no chão ou uma base de cama, mas como não concordamos, foi instalada uma base e o colchão o que acabou deixando o quarto ainda menor e quase sem trânsito. O café da manhã é muito ruim e são servidos os mesmos alimentos que sobraram dos dias anteriores, exceto o pão francês e as frutas que são novos. Além disso, o café só começa a ser servido às 8h da manhã, o que foi ruim para nós, que precisávamos sair mais cedo. Também é importante descrever que das 17:30h em diante, não fica ninguém na pousada e dois dias o chuveiro com água quente não funcionou por dois dias e precisamos aguardar até que alguém se deslocasse ao local para resolver. E podemos comentar sobre a limpeza, na sacada havia um acúmulo de sujeira, com objetos descartados antes da nossa chegada, pedimos para limpar e nada foi feito. Não indicamos e não voltaremos. A experiência foi muito ruim.

Eu adorei o Azores Bombinhas. O quarto na frente do mar foi uma delícia. Estava tudo ótimo, excelente localização, quarto limpo, cama confortável e a Bruna, que recebe os hóspedes, é top. Ela é super atenciosa. A única sugestão que deixo para o hotel é colocar cortinas de blackout para o quarto ficar um pouco mais escuro pela manhã.

Superó mis espectativas. La ubicación desayuno y limpieza excelente. Destaco la predisposición y gentileza permanente de los dueños. Utilizamos TODOS los espacios con responsabilidad, como " nuestra casa de playa". (cocina, living, parrilla ). Agradezco haberlos conocido. Nuestra estadía fue maravillosa. Yo leí todos los detalles de la reserva, es lo q recomiendo para no generar confusiones. De todos modos recibimos gentilezas de parte de AZORES q no estaban incluídas.
