Bom custo benefício.

O quarto é grande, ar condicionado maravilhoso, camas enormes, banheiro ótimo, um café da manhã EXCEPCIONAL, piscina maravilhosa, academia boa, salão de jogos show, ao lado do centrinho da Pituba e pertinho de vários restaurantes. As praias são, aproximadamente, 400 metros do hotel numa caminhada íngrime . Nada fadigante, mas existe a caminhada. Tive um pequeno problema com o meu check in, pois é colocado no site que é às 14 horas e só pude entrar no meu quarto após às16 horas, pois não estava pronto. E, o rapaz da recepção falou que EU não havia entendido, pois se o check in é a partir das 14 horas, poderia ficar pronto em qualquer horário. Ou seja, problema de interpretação de texto. Mesmo por que, provei a ele, em nenhum local disse que era a partir de tal horário e, sim, às 14 horas. O estacionamento não é grande. Se todos os quartos forem de automóvel, não caberá. Nem sempre havia toalhas de piscina disponíveis para os hóspedes e, caso haja algum problema nas dependências do hotel, o pessoal da recepção não consegue resolver após certo horário da noite.

A nossa estadia foi simplesmente incrivel!! a localização do hotel é excelente, o quarto é super espaçoso e a cama muito conformtável, o café da manhã delicioso e com muita variedade, a equipe super prestativa e simpatica e o melhor de tudo é a piscina que é quase quente, e dá pra ficar até a noite relaxando e bebendo no bar da piscina. Super recomendo, nota 10!!

Excelente Hotel!! Recomendo!

Sem dúvida o hotel mais confortável de Itacaré. Instalações novas, limpeza perfeita, café da manhã maravilhoso, refeições preparadas pelo restaurante têm preços honestos e qualidade muito elevada. Exceção para os vinhos, extremamente caros, em minha opinião, assim como o preço da "rolha". Piscina maravilhosa, Staff muito comprometido com o bom atendimento, quartos confortáveis e impecavelmente limpos. Eletrodomésticos e eletrônicos novos e funcionando perfeitamente. O hotel dispõe de potente gerador que entra em funcionamento nos recorrentes picos e quedas de energia que sofre Itacaré em período de alta temporada. Aliás, Itacaré não está dando conta da quantidade de pousadas e turistas nas férias de fim de ano. Tudo perfeito, com algumas limitações que vale a pena pontuar: 1. estacionamento insuficiente no hotel (Itacaré não suporta a quantidade de turistas. As ruas lotadas de carros, sem lugar para estacionar.); 2. O restaurante não está preparado para atender os hóspedes quando o hotel está com lotação máxima. Insuficiência de lugares na hora do café da manhã e quando muitos hóspedes almoçam ou jantam no restaurante do hotel. Apenas questão de ajustes que temos certeza serão feitos, já que o hotel claramente preza pela excelência no atendimento; 3. Insuficiência de toalhas para piscina, por conta do serviço precário prestado pelas lavanderias que atendem ao hotel. Em que pese as ponderações acima, posso afirmar que o hotel atende com muita satisfação aos hóspedes.

Frustração

Reservei dois quartos para minha família, chegando no hotel as 14, um deles não estava disponível ainda, pois estava sendo limpo, demorarm até 16:30 para liberar. Fui dar um almoço no restaurante do hotel para minha filha enquanto esperava e o prato demorou mais de 1 hora para ficar pronto, um simples prato infantil. Depois fomos para piscina e pedimos toalhas e disseram que não tinha mais pq domingo eles mandam para lavanderia. Hoje fui pedir para fazer late check-out no quarto que eles atrasaram 2:30 para entregar e eles disseram que podia ficar no máximo 1 hora a mais, ou seja, não pude usufruir de uma diária inteira. Péssima experiência, não recomendo o hotel que não é barato e peca pelo atendimento horrível.

O hotel é novo, ainda mais bonito do que nas fotos e muito limpo. O Staff é cordial e amigável. A camareira Mara cuidou impecavelmente do nosso quarto. Piscina limpa e bem cuidada. Serviço de toalhas para praia. Café da manhã com muitas opções de pães, bolos, sucos e com estação de omelete/tapioca. Bem próximo à Praia da Concha, podendo ir caminhando. Somente precisa de táxi se estiver com criança pequena ou muitas bolsas. Recomendo o hotel com certeza!
