One of the worse I stayed at in abroad

The room we received had broken bathroom dirty room. Wasn’t in a living condition Booked another hotel near by Cost me £420 to book another hotel but this hotel refund me my money back Please don’t book this hotel

Stay away from this hotel

I left my watch in my hotel room after check out and only realized it after 15-20 mins. I messaged them immediately after informing about the watch and that i will pick it up in a week when i return to Istanbul but they did not respond. I tried to get through to them via the app, call, email but they just ignored. Even when hotel.com cust service called them, they pretended not to understand English. (the receptionists that I liased with on my stay both can speak good english). I am truly disappointed and upset that they decided to elude from the matter at hand. Not to mention while on my stay the housekeeper unlocked my door while i was inside. Did not knock or gave a warning. Location is also not good, it is far away from the historical area, if you were to take public transport you'd have to take a few modes of transportation. Please avoid staying at this hotel if you dont want your items stolen. And your privacy invaded. There are better hotels in that same area. That watch has sentimental value, i would appreciate if they could return it. Will edit this review if they reach out to me and discuss the matter.
