Just returned. Good stay. Stayed in an apartment, when we first arrived there were no utensils to use and reception said because we weren’t staying longer than 10 days we weren’t allowed any utensils which is silly as I was recovering from surgery and didn’t fancy going out much at all. When we phoned down, not long after someone popped up with some pots and pans and utensils for us to use so this was better. Cleaner knocked every day to top up our water and supplies, offer clean towels, change bins etc. She was lovely. The hotel was lovely and clean. The only snag was we couldn’t find a grocery store for ages, walked everywhere and the closest one we could find was in the 212 outlet. According to maps there was supposed to be a Chinese supermarket next door but that looked like it was closed down unfortunately. But overall a good stay

Shoddy workmanship. Asked for utensils and got 2 plates and two spoons. No cooking pots no frying utensils. Paper water not refilled. The highway noise was so loud and the whole place had poor noise silencing properties. Terrible!

Love this hotel but this time we experienced a problem with the outdoor pool. The outdoor pool did not have enough sunbeds for the people there. There was only 2 sunbeds with shade for the entire hotel. There was then 6 chairs that people were using as sunbeds. We complained and was given 2 sunbeds from a depot downstairs but again no shade... With a child in 30c heat this is not acceptable. The hotel really needs to rethink the arrangement of seating around the outdoor pool area and while I accept it is windy around the pool there must be a solution to provide more shade.
