Our hotel room was spotless and all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally located close to Taksim Square and multiple public transport options such as bus, metro and funicular. Macka Park is lovely and is only a short walk away. The hotel breakfast was excellent, there were so many different options such as fresh waffles, fresh omelettes, fruit, salad, all kinds of breads and meats. It was the most varied breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. The hotel staff were so kind and even gave me a birthday cake on my birthday. We stayed there for one week and our children loved it.

The room is an oven, no AC, You will be give a room with window to indoor 2 meters hot air passage. They gave me a fan when we complained .. but the windo brings more hot air .. Worst experiance I had in my life

Clean rooms and humble staff.

Coray and team were exceptional. I was here for my wedding anniversary. Really humble staff, caring and friendly. I have been to other hotels in Turkey. I would say these guys are bit out of the way. Rarely heard a no from them. Daily room cleaning, unlimited drinking water. Yes there are more sophisticated hotels around but I will still stay with them for staff. No matter how much your affordability is. If you want humble and clean experience go for them. Don’t forget great great location.
