They cheated me, they took another money again

Please you must return back my money, they didn't recognize my booking, they didn't accepe my reservation booking number, they said that they don't deal with Hotels.com, We arrived at 01:00 morning, and they took tribal more amount and we paid for new booking , please, please, please return my money back!!!!!

2 kişilik rezervasyona odada bir tane havlu bırakılmış. Rezervasyondaki personel hem kabaydı hem de kaldığınız oda 5000 ₺'ydi diye bol keseden salladı. Diğer platformlara da baktık öyle bir fiyat yok. Oda aşırı nemliydi. Eğer uygulamadan ödemesini yapmasaydım iade isteyip, başka bir yer arayıp giderdim. Mecburiyetten kaldım. Uzun süre kalacaksanız kesinlikle tercih etmeyin. Günübirlik için idare ederim diyorsanız gidin. Görsellere kanmayın, o kadar geniş bir oda vermiyorlar.

Nicht buchen!! Katastrophe

Zimmer dreckig, arbeiten nicht mit Expedia zusammen!! Nachdem ich das Zimmer gesehen habe, bin ich raus in das Nachbar Hotel. Nicht zu empfehlen!!

I would not recommend this hotel

Cab driver couldn't find the address .... important if you arrive in the middle of the night. When I get to the Hote, the attendant did not have my reservation blaming it on Expedia. I had to show my confirmation. It was an awful night with fire alarm bipping every second that I couldn't sleep. No sick in bathroom the room was very clean and bed was comfortable.
