The room is great and the property is conveniently located in the tourist area of Istanbul within 15 minutes of walking distance to all the important landmarks. The service was excellent with a very helpful front desk who arranged everything for us starting with the airport shuttle. The only saving grace of this hotel is its location which is fantastic. Other than that, the bed is rock hard, there is zero soundproofing and when booking an airport transfer with them they inform you that you need cash as they don’t accept card payments. Strange for a hotel in 2026.
