This is our fifth stay at BOF CEO hotel. Me and my husband love it. It is super safe, quiet and the suites are really comfortable for extended stay The staff has always been helpful and any request has been granted. The breakfast is really great. One suggestion: the Chef and Management can work on revamping the menu in the restaurant. It has been the same and gets little boring. Besides that strongly recommend. It is great family venue and the value for the service is unmatchable. Thank you for hosting us!!!

They offer a full kitchen but then charge a fee for dishes and cookware and refuse to provide a sharp knife of any kind for "safety reasons." They even charge a fee for ice. Plus, the staff take forever to complete even a simple request like sending someone to fix the AC and often must be asked multiple times. And there is no workspace. No desk, nothing that can be used as one like a table and chair. There is an eating space in the kitchen but no way to use a computer there because the chairs are high and have the smallest seats I've ever seen. It was a truly awful experience. Finally, there is a poor dog kept alone 24/7 in a tiny, poop-covered enclosure. See picture and note the cage looks a lot bigger there than it is. It's appalling.

50% extra charged before check in for same room.

They added 122 pounds extra to our cost with same room. We booked a family suite with a double bed and two sofa beds for two little kids 8& 9 respectively. Paid in full via hotels.com. At the time of check in they told their system shows booked for two adults not kids. Room will be same but to let two kids in ,they charged 122 pounds extra which was almost 50% extra of booking deal. Very frustrating , not makes sense. Thought we would save via hotel.com but we ended in paying higher than any other hotels.

3 nights at Bof Ceo Suites Atasehir

My stay went well on the whole, but it wasn't perfect. One light was left on in the room because of a wardrobe that doesn't close, impossible to turn off this light. A lady at reception took my credit card and wrote down all the details of my card, including the cryptogram on the back of the card, which is not at all acceptable! I told her not to, but she did it anyway. What happens if this information falls into the wrong hands?
