Great Stay! Fast check in, Front desk people are very nice. We stayed at the ground floor, the only thing is we can hear the car noise outside and there is smell of smoke/ gas coming from somewhere on our last night. Amazing breakfast! Lots of food choices, the staff at the breakfast were very friendly and efficient, plus the rooftop dining area is awesome.

Clean and spacious rooms, terrific breakfast and food in general. Staff kind enough to keep the kitchen open for us after our first night late arrival from the airport. Hotel close to restaurants, and easy walking distance to Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace and Basilica Cistern. Special shout out to desk staff OG ( his initials, sorry forgot name) with the cool kicks and helpful directions and tips for catching the ferry and navigating to the other side of Istanbul. Views from restaurant and some rooms spectacular!

We loved our stay here! It’s is a great location for the visitor attractions in the Sultanahmet area and close to lots of restaurants. The staff are friendly & helpful, and housekeeping services were great. The room itself was furnished & maintained to a high standard and had a wide range of bathroom amenities. The staff was exceptional, the room was very clean and we were given early check in . The hotels amenities are excellent .

This hotel is truly exceptional! It has surpassed all my expectations, especially in handling transportation requests. The staff is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the Blue Mosque.

I stayed at the Amiral Palace Hotel Boutique Class in Istanbul, Turkey. When I was checking out, I stepped outside to get a taxi. There was a blue-cap taxi parked right in front of the hotel. I asked the driver how much he would charge to go to Istanbul’s new airport (IST). He gave me a price, and I agreed. When I went back inside to grab my bags, the front desk staff asked if I needed a taxi. I told them I already had one arranged. Shortly after, while I was in the taxi on my way to the airport, I realized that the hotel staff had shared my photo with the driver, complaining that he picked me up without notifying them or paying them a commission. I was extremely disappointed - it felt like my privacy was violated. If they can share a guest’s picture with a taxi driver, it makes you wonder what other personal information they might share. Another thing that bothered me was discovering that the hotel seems to take commissions “under the table” from taxi drivers, and that often results in higher fares for guests. My advice to future visitors: be cautious many people there may try to overcharge or take advantage of tourists.
