Features Include: Spacious open floor plan with completely renovated kitchen, dining, living room, and bathrooms. Climate controlled sun-room, ceiling fans throughout, wood floors, wireless Internet and 5 TVs. The home is has wireless internet and YouTube TV via Roku TV's. So feel free to watch YouTube TV or login into any of your favorite streaming channels. Huge deck, gas grill, private beach access, community pool and tennis court access and walking distance to shopping, dining and entertainment. 2,253 sq ft. Fireplace and front porch elevator NOT for guest use. Linens Included. No Smoking. No Pets.

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Great Beach Spot

Nice, quiet neighborhood, last house on row in a Culde Sac. Easy access to beach and convenient to groceries and other stores and shops. Gave it 4 stars due to some maintenance issues encountered during stay but no major inconvenience.

Everyone had a wonderful time again and we appreciate the opportunity to stay in this amazing home.
