Beachfront well stocked 1 bedroom sea cabin w/ beach view, pier, community pool.

A beach vacation paradise! This is a one bedroom, oceanfront condo on the second floor. This sea cabin can sleep five people with a queen bed in the bedroom, pull out sofa bed (new as of 2023) in the living room, and a built in youth bunk bed for kids in the hallway (full disclosure: these are youth bunk beds, which are skinnier than a twin, and I would not recommend children over 10 years old in them). The dimensions of the youth bunk bed are roughly 74"x25".
Enjoy the private balcony with ocean views, beach access, a pool (not heated) and fishing pier. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is a laundry facility in the middle of the complex. Located at the beautiful front beach on Isle of Palms with restaurants, shops, grocery store and ice cream stands all within walking distance. The Sea Cabins have the only private pier on the island and you are allowed to fish off the pier but will need a South Carolina fishing license. We provide 4 beach chairs.
There is free WI-FI and cable. The Sea Cabins are located just 20 minutes from historic Downtown Charleston, 30 minutes from CHS airport and 5 minutes from 2 world class golf courses in Wild Dunes!
*No washer/dryer inside of unit, only in the middle of complex which takes coins or you can use an app on your phone.
We manage multiple other sea cabins so ask about booking more than one!
**This condo is an elevated building with no elevator. This is a 2nd floor condo.

Cleaning information: At this property we provide we provide fresh linens, towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. We also leave a good supply of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap/shampoo, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. If you run out of any supplies, you will need to get more from the store.

The location was perfect! Steps away from the pool and beach, and an easy walk to great restaurants and bars in downtown IOP. The property was as described but needs some updating. The futon/couch in the living room was very uncomfortable, and there was minimal place to store luggage and groceries, even with only two of us in the space. The controls for the shower were out of alignment which made regulating the temperature tricky, and the tub drained extremely slowly. We had a great time during our week at IOP, but I'm not sure we would stay in these condos again.

My family had a great time! It worked for us even though a little tight for 5 folk but enjoyed it. My wife first impression was how clean it was inside! She is a tough one to impress so big cudos to management and staff! Few things that could update it would be a bigger recliner for the living room and more comfortable sleeper sopha. It was furnished well with linens, towels, and etc..We would stay again.

Family vacay

The check-in process was so smooth and easy. The unit is perfect for a single family. Excellent location to the pool, beach, and fishing pier. The only thing we noticed that wasn’t clean was the drawers that contained kitchen utensils. There was lots of old food particles in the drawers and on the utensils. Everything else was perfect! Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a great place to stay on the beach. Also very close to shopping and restaurants, which was very convenient.

IOP Family Vacation

Personally, this rental is not worth the price. Upon entering the unit it has a very old, musty smell. The doors, cabinets, flooring, and stove/oven were very outdated. Everything worked fine however, I had higher expectations for the price we paid for the unit. The pool had broken chairs. Initially there was enough parking however, throughout the week parking became slim to none and a guard had to help create a parking space and ensure I wouldn’t be towed. It was very inconvenient but the guard was very friendly and assisted. The steps leading up to the units smelled of urine. The unit’s location was great! We were within walking distance to every restaurant, grocery store, etc. The unit was well stocked, more so than any other rental we’ve stayed in. Overall, my kids complained of the smell and the built in bunks were very uncomfortable.
