There is a spacious open plan living/dining room with French doors to a private decked area. The kitchen area has a good level of appliances throughout and a separate laundry room. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, en suite toilet and shower, one with twin beds and one with bunk beds and a cot. There is a store outside for bikes and golf clubs and a store for canoes and surf boards. Ard Cuan is the ideal property for family holidays to the beach. Situated on the west coast of Arran, this coastal detached lodge is within walking distance of the beach and all village amenities. Blackwaterfoot is a family favourite with its sandy beach, Golf club, hotel with leisure facilities, convenience store and local butcher, great for if you want to spend the evening cooking a hearty meal for everyone to enjoy. Beach 1 mile. Shop 10 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
