We didn’t have to deal with any staff as it was all done online as far as checking in. There was a huge spiderweb in our room by the back door. Overall the facilities were nice and we would stay here again.

This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The door to the river/ deck would not lock, it had a 2 “ gap at the bottom of the door, we had to stuff a towel in it. The room had no lights when we arrived. After calling about the broken door and lights they came about 2 hours later to fix the lock and put in light bulbs, the shower curtain was yellow!! (It’s a white shower curtain) the room was dirty, we asked for the room to be cleaned the next day, they never showed up! The next day either, we had to go get towels and toiletries. For what they charged and for what they advertised was sooo outrageous, please save yourself the headache and your wallet.
