We stayed here with our two teenage boys. This place has everything we needed! Pool, jacuzzi, bikes, kayaks, beach, grills! We fished off the pier, snorkeled in the ocean, and took full advantage of all the amenities at this place. You cannot beat the value of this rental! We would definitely stay here again!

This property has everything you need for your vacation. The housing was unique and had an ocean view. The property has bikes, kayaks, a place to dock your boat or jet skis, tennis/pickleball court, pool, etc. The bathrooms in the property need an upgrade but management said they are doing those upgrades now. We will be back to stay again.

Great Stay at Topsiders

My husband and I enjoyed the property and amenities very much! Sunsets are amazing, there are bikes and kayaks to use and the villa itself was great. We needed some plumbing fixes and it was handled quickly. Everyone we dealt with was friendly.

Lovely little resort

Great stay. The raised octagon cottages are very accommodating, comfortable, and clean. The resort offers a heated pool and hot tub, as well as a private sandy beach great for swimming, fishing, and watching sunsets. I docked a star for the online listing only because the pictures led me to believe the cottage was on the beach, when it was actually the furthest from it. This however wasn’t an issue at all, it was closest to the pool and a very short walk down there. Highly recommend.

Perfect Relaxation

Location was awesome, no need to go elsewhere to enjoy the beach and water. Beautifully peaceful spot on the Gulf side, only 100 or so steps from our door to the water. Great stay, would happily go back.
