Waiting for the shuttle for 30 min before deciding to take an uber to the hotel. At check in the reception could not find the reservation and continued to speak casually to the other clerk about non business related topics. Wifi / Internet connection in the property was sub par for what is expected this day and age. It was a general impression that upkeep and investment to renew has not been the priority for this hotel. The staff was mostly seemingly unmotivated to provide anything but their basic jobs.

This hotel was very beautiful and very clean. The restaurant had good food and the shuttle to the airport was very prompt. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor pool area was incredible. Just beware that there is no hot tub - there is a jacuzzi pool that is with regular water.

Old tired hotel. Smelled musty, no casino as advertised, no drink or food after 9 pm when we checked in. Better to stay in main city - lots of nice options - easy access to airport.

The room was fine; the hotel is well maintained in spite of its age. The one problem we had was the internet really didn't reach to our room very well at all. It was impossible to stay connected from the room.

the following is where The Riande Aeropuerto Hotel and Casino can improve: 1. Tell guests there is no elevator so when the guest books a balcony room, they must understand they have to use steps to lug up their suitcases to their room. We were unaware of this situation and had to pay extra to book a first floor poolside unit. 2. the "casino" is not an integral part of the hotel. We had to be escorted to and the casino (quite a long walk) with Riande security personnel. A major disappointment. 3. Unfortunately, there is a small yet significant language barrier from English to Spanish relating to communication.with hotel staff.
