Beautifully styled loft perfect for couples or families with up to 2 kids.

Yum Balam building is located in Punta Cocos, the most quiet part of the island. Our location is perfect to enjoy the magic of the island in a more peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and tourism at the island center.

Enjoy the pool view and and almost private amazing turquoise shallow water beach which is just steps away.

We offer starlink wifi up to 50 megas so connectivity won´t be an issue here!
The space
Uniquely designed loft with queen size bed and twin size bunk bed, bathroom and closet area with washer/dryer. Fully equipped kitchen and dining table for you to cook your own meals if you feel like enjoying the property and staying in.

Ideal for a relaxing vacation and for guests who want to connect with nature, enjoy the sounds of birds and contemplate beautiful sunsets. The perfect setting for an amazing getaway.

We are meters away from the main touristic spot to watch bioluminiscence; a magical phenomenom at night, but you can also watch it from the beach in front of us.

If you are a group bigger than 3-4 guests, please let us know so we can share details of other lofts, 2 bedroom apartments and penthouses in the same building!

You will have access to the common shared areas which are the pool and ground floor.

Pool hours: 8:00 am - 10:00 pm
Other things to note
* We include welcome amenities: toilet paper, shampoo, dish soap, drinking water, etc. Once guests run out of these, they whould restock their own.

* We want to make sure you have a good rest so that´s why we have quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am. We ask all our guests to respect this rule as Yum Balam is meant to be felt like a retreat vacation.

* Our concierge team is always available to help you schedule private transportation from and to the airport, tours, massages, utv, golfcart or bike rental, etc.

* In long term rentals, we do not include electricity consumption.

* We fumigate monthly but please understand we are located amongst nature so mosquitoes, ants and some other insects are common.

* It´s important to mention that Holbox has power outages from time to time that may be affected by storms or the power company.

* We highly recommend traveling with cash.

*We provide some drinking water as a courtesy. In case you need more during your stay, we have 20 L water bottles for sale $100 mxn.
