エアコンの不具合なのかずっとバタバタという音がし続けて、エアコンをつけて寝ることができず、寝苦しかったです。アメニティがあまりにも少なすぎて驚きました。綿棒くらいはあってもいいのでは…。また、部屋着は洗濯しすぎてゴムのところなどがところどころ擦り切れやぶれていて、こんなボロボロの服着たことがないです。エレベーター内に掲示してある各階案内板は、黒いテープで修正してありますが、まがっていたり剥がれていたりとズサンです。周囲のホテルよりも価格が割高なのですから、もう少し施設、備品の管理を丁寧にされるべきではないでしょうか。

設備以外は完璧。 改善してほしい点 ・空調の風量を変更できるようにしてほしい。 ・部屋干しする際、ハンガーをかける場所が少なすぎる。 ・トイレの洗面台はオシャレだが、手が洗いにくい。洗面器に手が当たるのが気になる。 とてもオシャレだがオシャレに振り切った分、実用的なスペースが減ってしまった印象。 部屋自体とても綺麗だし、ご飯もおいしかったのでもったいないなーという印象でした。
