4 / 5
The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.
The breakfast line became very long and was time consuming and especially difficult when we had activities planned for the morning. The breakfast buffet was also very crowded.
The dinner buffet was delicious but was rather expensive t $27.50 per person which did not include soft drinks.
The hotel is family friendly which is great but the pool and the onsen were over run with children. I don’t have anything against children but it was crowded and children outnumbered the adults. I was there in July.
After talking to other tourists I found that there are some hotels that have adult only pools which may have been nice just to allow space to sit and relax.
