Beware of address you are given and read my review

The flat I got was big and modern and excellent, not far from the centre of town. It was in a very recent block of flats. The issue was that the address given (on arrival) was not the address of the flat. The driver took me to the agency's address, where I had to argue with the girl to get a centrally located apartment. Besides, she wanted a RUB 1,000 deposit without giving me a receipt, which I flatly refused to pay. In the end, the driver took me to the apartment where I paid by credit card after seeing it. Initially, they wanted me to pay without even having seen the apartment. So, the actual apartment was excellent, but the level of service on arrival was very poor with a certain casual rudeness that is, sadly, often encountered in Russia but one gets used to it.

The environment was peaceful; and only within 10 minutes walk to the modernised 130 Kvartal area. But the communication method from the hotel can be improved more (for example, the check-in and check-out rules in English; the transportation method and estimated time, especially to and from the airport).

Приятная альтернатива классическому отелю

В качестве номеров выступают отдельные квартиры в новом много этажном доме. Квартиры чистые, без посторонних запахов. В кухне есть необходимый набор техники и посуды. Ванна оборудована стиральной машинкой. В квартире подключен безлимитный WIFI. В подъезде консьержка. Сотрудник отеля оперативно отвечала на телефонные звонки, а водитель привез (правда с некоторой задержкой) в и из аэропорта. Проживание оформляется договором. Дом расположен в спальном районе не очень далеко от центра. Из плюсов можно дополнительно отметить адрес квартиры и телефон дежурного на брелке ключей для забывчивых.

Far from city centre

Terribly delayed transportation for two hours when they picked me to the hotel. Ask for 1,000 RUB for pledge by the time I paid for the fee and almost forgot to return only when I asked for it. Although they drove me to the airport on time at early 5:30am, they sent me to the wrong terminal which made me almost miss the check in time. The location of the hotel is poor - had to walk for 30 mins to the central market.

Апартаменты очень удобны для длительного проживания - есть своя кухня, хорошо работает вайфай, много места в квартире и есть ощущение приватности. ДОм новый, в нем есть консъерж, встретили меня очень тепло, персоналу большое спасибо. По контактному номеру всегда доступны сотрудники апарт-отеля, которые помогают с любыми вопросами. Выезд и заезд также хорошо продуманы и организованы. Конечно, с комфортом апартаментов приходят и некоторые проблемы, с которыми в отеле гость может не столкнуться - во время моего проживания несколько часов не было горячей воды. Это, конечно, не зависело от сотрудников апарт-отеля, но неприятный осадок оставило. В целом я очень рекомендую этот апарт-отель для проживания во время командировки, особенно на длительный период.
