Really nice small hotel, convenient to historic area (although the entire inner town is historic). A bit warm because no air conditioning, but then it IS summer. Good breakfast with many choices. The staff at breakfast was a bit harried (not enough staff with too much to do), but still friendly. Would gladly stay her again.

LÀget var fantastiskt och super god hotellfrukost. Personalen var hela tiden trevliga i sitt bemötande och hjÀlpsamma. FrÄgade om vi kunde stanna kvar en stund efter utcheckning dÄ en av oss var mycket trött. De kollade direkt upp om det gick att lösa vilket bara det var underbart. Personalen ordnade sÄ vi kunde fÄ nÄgra timmars behövlig vila till och det betydde sÄ mycket.

Mysig hotell med fint lÀge. har en del förbÀttringspotetial. Framför allt kring frukost. DÄligt med avplockning frÄn borden, mÄnga 4 pers bord medans de flest gÀster Àr 2 vilket skapar bordsbrist. Mysigt med levande ljus men man mÄste ha koll. Ljusen brann ner, massor av stearin pÄ fönsterbleck som antÀndes. Man borde göra gÀsterna mer uppmÀrksam pÄ att det Àr mÄnga trappor utan hiss. Personal i receptionen behöver gÄ en servicekurs, man hÀlsar pÄ gÀsterna. Om frukostkocken ber dem att gÄ ut och "titta till" i matsalen sÄ betyder det att de ska gÄ ut och plocka bort, inte att bara gÄ ut och "titta". (GÀller dock inte den ljusa lÄnghÄriga mycket trevliga tjejen i personalen).

Fint gammalt hotell med underbart lĂ€ge nĂ€ra havet och den botaniska trĂ€dgĂ„rden. Vi fick först ett rum som man kom till via en brant lejdare, lite besvĂ€rligt för tvĂ„ 60+ med onda knĂ€n
 sedan fick vi ett annat rum med egen veranda. Stort och fint, men i behov av renovering. Trevlig personal och superbra frukost!

JÀtte bra service och trevlig personal. Vi kom in med den sena bÄten sÄ vid 00:00. De hade förberett vÄrat rum med hund skÄlar och en liten snack till vÄra smÄ vovvar. De hade skickat en lÀtt instruktion hur vi skulle hÀmta ut nycklarna samt parkerings tillstÄnd. Bra och rimligt hundtillÀgg pris. JÀtte fin frukost allt verkade vara lagat och bakat pÄ plats. Sentralt beliggende hyggelig hotell

Hyggelig og koselig hotell veldig sentralt beliggende i Visbys gamleby. Litt slitt og litt styr med Ä sjekke inn (det var ingen i resepsjonen da vi ankom og vi slet litt med Ä fÄ kontakt pÄ telefon). Egen parkeringsplass nedenfor hotellet var et stort pluss, men er ikke gratis. Sengen ga oss begge to vondt i ryggen. Rommet var stort og pent, med egen balkong, men dusjhodet ramlet ned mens jeg dusjet, sengen (madrassen) var for hard og det var ikke helt stÞvfritt. Servicen var derimot god og det var bra frokost, men mye kÞing selv med fÄ gjester.
