Viagem pós Carnaval

As acomodações são novas, e bem funcionais. Ficamos no ap 4C, que fica bem em frente às piscinas principais. O acesso é prático, as piscinas tem portão de entrada eletrônica o que dá uma certa segurança para nossas crianças. O café da manhã é bem variado, várias frutas, bolos, salgados, e a estrela do nordeste: tapioca! No sábado teve recreação para crianças e adultos e a noite teve música ao vivo, mais de 3h sem parar, foi muito top. Para quem tem crianças tem opções além das piscinas, com um parquinho, brinquedoteca, campo de futebol e outros jogos. A praia que fica mais perto do hotel é de muitas ondas, não recomendo para crianças. Praia de Muro Alto ou a do centro São melhores, mas demora uns 15 a 20 minutos pra chegar, mas valem a pena. O que não gostei foi de não poder usufruir das piscinas do hotel antes de fazer o chek-in, que é as 14h e também da forma como fomos tratados por pedir pra usar o banheiro e trocar de roupas, uma vez que chegamos direto do aeroporto e estava um calor absurdo. Enfim, valeu a pena o custo benefício. Tem o Empório pra comprar produtos e alguns restaurantes próximo também.

Local muito bom e atrativo

O local é muito bom, de acesso e de estadia, apartamento novo, muito limpo, várias piscinas, até uma mais privativa, ao lado dos blocos. Pessoal muito atencioso. Café da manhã normal, bom, mas sem muitas opções no cardápio. Somente uma ressalva, no apartamento em que ficamos não tinham acessórios no banheiro, tipo locais pra colocar sabonete, shampoo e papel higiênico. No mais, gostamos bastante

Diversão e descanso!

É um condomínio/hotel muito bom, novo e organizado. O restaurante é terceirizado e solicitam pagar na hora que o pedido chega mas os preços são justos e a comida muito boa. O apartamento confortável. A praia fica a 5 minutos mas pegamos maré alta pela manhã e ficou ruim de caminhar. Mas pela beleza de Muro Alto e Cupe valeu a pena.

Ótimo condomínio para família.

O condomínio é novinho. Com isso, ainda em fase experimental dos serviços. É ter um pouco de paciência. Limpeza impecável. Quartos amplos e arejados, chuveiro com ducha forte, ar condicionado excelente e silencioso, o frigobar poderia ser uma geladeira maior para atender a demanada, o quarto poderia dispor de copos, alguns pratos e utensilios, poderiam disponibilizar varal de pé na sacada para secarbas roupas molhadas de banho, dentro do box do banheiro sentinos falta de suportes/prateleira para colocarmos shampoos, condicionadores e sabonete. A acústica dos quartos é bem ruim; dependendo dos vizinhos que estejam ao redor e andando pelo corredor, vc pode encontrar muitos transtornos inconvenientes. O serviço do restaurante precisa de mais atenção, com a alta ocupação no carnaval, ficaram sobrecarregados e a qualidade do serviço e produtos ficaram a desejar. O condominio não é pé na areia e a praia mais próxima não é legal para um banho tranquilo de mar, com muitas pedras e ondas. Vi que tem sala de jogos e de ginástica, mas não utilizei e não tenho como opinar. O condominio conta com alguns espaços com churrasqueira e piscinas reservados, bem interessantes. Estacionamento amplo e fácil acesso aos quartos.

Viajamos eu, minha mãe e minha sobrinha (08 anos). Foram dias incríveis! Apesar do hotel ficar longe do centro de Porto de Galinhas - a vila - não sentimos nenhum prejuízo quanto a distância! O Uber atende bem e supera. Dentro do hotel há uma conveniência com preços bem ok, com auto atendimento, o que nos facilitou muito. E bem próximo do hotel há um empório, para compra de frutas e água. O Hotel é impecável de limpeza, toalhas sempre limpinhas, novas e cheirosas. O atendimento do restaurante foi incrível! Pessoa muito atencioso, simpático. A cozinha maravilhosa. Pratos bem servidos. Foram dias incríveis de um atendimento excepcional. E torno falar da cozinha/restaurante, muito anteciosos, procupados. Estavamos com criança, o prato dela sempre tinha prioridade em ficar pronto! Tudo muito bom e de excelênte qualidade. Ter um restaurante no hotel facilitou muito, por estarmos com criança! Limpeza, organização, atendimento nota dez!
