I would not stay here again. Property is clean and new. Staff responsive once we were able to connect. 1) The building is not properly insulated. The tile floors were literally 5 Celsius. 2) no hot water in the shower. 3) the stairs are very dangerous, especially for children. 4) You can hear people in the next room over. 5) they say they offer free parking, they do not. The parking is free street parking offered by the city. 6) I’m guessing they have a camera to watch you when you walk in, because they’ll ask you how many people are with you. They have some sort of communication issue with Expedia, even though I properly booked they tried to charge me for more people. Very creepy and I’m not quite sure why they feel the need to charge extra for the same room.
