Facilities were perfect, everything had been thiught about and provided..Mike and Peggy were very friendly and couldnt do enough to make my stay comfortable. I used the room for business but this would a great location for visiting Loch Ness, its perfectly placed within the town and on the loch.

We had a wonderful stay here. Mike and Peggy are fantastic hosts and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was cosy and absolutely perfect for a few nights away. The bathroom is small but definitely usable and didn’t cause any issues at all. Mike makes a fresh breakfast each morning, which was absolutely delicious and a real highlight of our stay. Really pleasant two night stay at Morlea. The room was great, finished to a high standard with thoughtful finish touches. Julie and Chris were super friendly and chatty and breakfast was great. The owners, Julie and Chris are absolutely fantastic! We stayed for 3 nights here. Their attention to detail at their property is second to none. Every inch of our room was carefully thought out and you could tell they’ve put their heart and soul into it. The breakfast was lovely and they had many recommendations for the area. The B&B itself is gorgeous and done up just marvellously. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Morlea B&B. The owners are just lovely people and made us feel very welcome. The room was very nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. As mentioned in previous reviews there is lemon cake awaiting you in the room and a Nespresso machine that makes great coffee. The breakfast was wonderful and they are very generous with portions and variety. We highly recommend this B&B!

Julie and Chris were great hosts. From the warm welcome to the home made lemon cake left in our room we were made to feel very comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and made to our exact order. Location is very close to Loch Ness with plenty of hiking options. Also a short drive to Inverness which is a beautiful city.

Fantastic little place!

Morlea B&B is a fantastic little place, the room was extremely high quality. Hosts were very friendly and we even got to say hello to the resident dog who was just as excited to see us as we were to see him! Highly recommend Morlea to anyone who needs somewhere to stay near Loch Ness/Inverness!
