Welcome to Guernsey Cottage at The Dairy at Daviot. A converted 19th-century farm steading offering luxury self-catering cottages set on a private estate in the spectacular Highlands of Scotland.

Arranged around the original cobbled courtyard, The Dairy at Daviot has combined old and new to create six luxurious cottages, an amazing venue ideal for weddings and events, and a children’s play park, all surrounded by rolling fields, woodland, wildlife and farm animals.

Guernsey Cottage is set over two floors, on the ground floor you will find an open plan Kitchen/living room and a Wc. The first floor has 2 ensuite bedrooms - bedroom one has a king sized bed and bedroom 2 has two twin beds.

There is a fold our floor mattress for the 5th guest - please note that this is most suitable for a child.

To make your stay as relaxing as possible, we’ve stocked the bathroom with premium toiletries from The Scottish Fine Soaps Company. On arrival, you’ll also find a chilled bottle of wine, buttery shortbread, and fresh Black Isle Dairy milk—our little way of saying welcome.

Guests have private access to the entire Cottage and use of the communal courtyard and playpark.
