Ardross glencairn was well situated in Inverness- close to the river and the main shopping and dining precinct. The property was well appointed and clean and tidy. Breakfast was good quality and the staff friendly and helpful. The area was authentic and being close to a tesco was useful

A great place to stay. Lovely room, comfy bed and excellent bathroom facilities. Very quiet area, but only a walk to city, plus tour buses stop just down the road. The breakfast was first class with many options.

Hot water in shower was impossible to work No electricty in room after 10pm on our arrival night Ran out of certain food at breakfast even though plenty of staff

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the mains and the whole street was without power without any warning for the night. We apologise that this impacted your trip. We also apologise that we ran out of certain foods, but as breakfast is a busy time, we do try our best to keep up. We take this feedback into account and will work on improving this in the future.
