Melandy & the Little Gem

This beautifully furnished five bedroom home is located on the Surf side of Inverloch within walking distance to the surf beach. This modern, bright and private home is located close to Inverloch's surf beach and offers wonderful integrated indoor/outdoor living. The property features five bedrooms and four bathrooms, making it perfect for two families or multiple couples. There are two separate living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, so each group can enjoy their own space.

Located upstairs is the large master bedroom with its own private balcony and a large master ensuite with deep bath, shower and toilet. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area is bright and welcoming, offering plenty of space for everyone, with a Smart TV for added comfort. There is a study as well as free Wi-Fi throughout which is available for your use too! Downstairs consists of the three remaining bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and built in robes and a further two bathrooms. The downstairs living area opens out on both sides to two lovely decked areas each with an outdoor setting, one with a BBQ.

A separate games shed is ready and waiting, fully stocked with a pool table, air hockey, table tennis and darts, guaranteeing fun for all ages. On the ground level there is a separate fully self contained area which is perfectly suited to your grand parents, or the couple that would like some additional privacy. This consists of an open plan living and dining area with a fridge. Beautiful floorboards throughout, a Queen sized bedroom and a large bathroom with a bath, shower and washing machine.

Okay but not great for the price

Overall this property was disappointing. Not really in walking distance from anywhere. Most concerning was the cleanliness. The downstairs had a strong smell of damp cobwebs in every corner plus light fittings. Spiders and ants around the place. If my wife had been there we would definitely had to left

Beautiful perfect stay!!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The place was sparkling clean, with all the amenities you need & more. The kids & adults in our group both loved the games cupboard. There was plenty of space to spread out, which was essential for us. The extra self-contained unit downstairs was perfect for my sister who has a baby so needed some privacy. Brilliant location & the beach near by is gorgeous! Would highly recommend to anyone & we'll definitely back soon

Disappointed with the cleanliness. Lots of cleaning needed to have been done. Cleaners were at the property cleaning when we tried to check in the first time. Otherwise the property had a lot to offer.

Family Getaway

Thanks so much for an enjoyable short getaway it was totally much needed. We loved the cosy and comfy feeling as soon as we arrived Loved everything about this house. Definitely a great place for family get together Loved the surroundings, though it was winter we loved the swim at the beach.
