Lovingly maintained tri-level Woodland Pines unit located in Bartlett, NH, with private association access to the Rocky River branch of the Saco River, association in-ground pool and tennis court. Conveniently located only minutes from Attitash Mountain, North Conway, outlet shopping, restaurants and so many more wonderful area attractions!
This thoughtfully designed unit includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and sleeping for up to 12 people.
The main level features an open concept design with large living room including lofted ceiling and beautiful fireplace with brick surround. The renovated kitchen features ample counter and cabinet space, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, Keurig coffee maker with 12 cup and single cup option, mini fridge/beverage fridge, and all your basic cooking and dining needs. The dining area is conveniently located off the kitchen including a dining table with seating for 8 and breakfast bar seating for 4 and a half bath. The main level also offers private access to the large back deck with outdoor dining table, chairs, gas grill and propane fire pit.
The second level includes a loft sleeping area with full size bed, (1)bedroom with king bed and large flat screen TV and a bathroom with shower.
The lower level is where you will find a great family room with sectional sofa, TV and board games, as well as a full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. The first lower level (2)bedroom is a "bunk" room with 2 bunk beds, one bunk has a full size bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on top the other bunk has a full size bed on the top and bottom, the bedroom also has a TV. The second (3)bedroom has a queen size bed and TV.

Lower Level - Family room, bedroom with 2 bunk beds one bunk has a twin on top and a full on the bottom, the other bunk has a full on the top and bottom, bedroom with queen bed and a full bathroom.

Perfect Family/ Friendly location!
We had an incredible stay. With a group of young kids and adults, this house was perfect! So neat, fun ski decor, gave such a cozy mountain feel. We stayed in the fall and were a 5 minute drive to storyland and downtown N. Conway. At the house were suggestions for all fun things to eat and do. We will definitely be back!!

Great family vacation
Overall the property was great. Plenty of space for my family. The only thing was the deck lights were not working, but everything else was perfect.
