The holiday home is in Timmendorf-Strand, on the west side of the island Poel. The small fishing village is a tourist center with a small promenade, a few shops and restaurants, a fine sandy beach right next to the fishing and pleasure boat harbor below the lighthouse. The apartments are fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, radio and color TV. Wi-Fi connection is available. In addition, we offer you in some apartments: dishwasher and of course the Baltic Sea and a view of the small cozy fishing and sailing harbor. For your laundry in between you have a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the basement. All our apartments are Non smoking apartments. Pets are not allowed. Furthermore, you will find in our house a sauna. Bed linen, carts and bicycles can be borrowed from us. Cot and high chair are of course available to order.

Toller Ort für einen Kurzurlaub

Wir waren ein paar Tage nach Weihnachten in Timmendorf, die Wohnung ist gemütlich, groß genug mit tollem Blick und spitzen Lage. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Highlight für uns war die Sauna und für die Kinder die Tischtennisplatte. Wir können das Familien uneingeschränkt empfehlen, es war sehr erholsam!

Die Kommunikation lief nur über den Eigentümer; die war aber sehr herzlich. Das Objekt liegt direkt am Hafen und alles ist gut erreichbar. Meerblick mit Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus sichtbar.

Eine Woche in Strandnähe mit Hafenblick vom Balkon aus

Wir haben als Familie mit 2 Kindern eine schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Bettwäsche und Handtücher können dazu gebucht werden, alle Räume sind mit Rolläden abdunkelbar. Das Bad verfügt über eine Dusche und eine Badewanne. WLAN ist mal verfügbar und oft auch nicht. Vom Balkon des Wohnzimmers mit offener Küche hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen und in etwa 3 Minuten Fußweg ist man am Strand. Dies ist kaum zu toppen. Fußläufig erreicht man innerhalb von 5 Minuten einen Bäcker (montags geschlossen), einige Restaurants, Eisdiele und Minigolf (war leider trotz angegebener Öffnungszeiten immer geschlossen). Zum nächsten Supermarkt muss man dann doch mal ins Auto oder zumindest aufs Fahrrad steigen. Das Ein oder Andere in der Wohnung ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, das Doppelbett ok, die Kopfkissen ein Graus. Einiges an Besteck und Geschirr war nicht ganz sauber und v.a. unter dem Doppelstockbett und auf dem Schlafzimmerschrank viel Staub, was ich jedoch auch nur bemerkte, weil ich etwas aufheben musste und unseren Koffer auf dem Schrank ablegen wollte (der war dann grau statt rot). Die Vermieterin Fr.Funke und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung und alles Gute für Sie...

Gemütliche Wohnung mit Leuchtturmblick

Der Ausblick war sehr schön. In der Wohnung hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Die Vermieter waren immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein Parkplatz am Haus war auch immer vorhanden, sodass wir nicht außerhalb des Örtchens parken mussten (öffentliche Parkplätze sind im Ort keine vorhanden).

Toller Ausblick

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die FeWo ist toll gelegen und bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf die kleine Marina und die Ostsee. Der Strand und auch das Steilufer sind direkt zu erreichen. Ausstattung der FeWo ist ok. Kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne, komfortable Wohnung mit bester Aussicht.

Wir haben uns in der schönen Wohnung von Beginn an wohlgefühlt: Es ist eine sehr saubere, gut aufgeteilte FeWo mit bester Aussicht, Sonne auf dem Balkon bis zum späten Abend, einem modernen Bad und einer sehr guten Ausstattung (Küche, TV). Unsere E-Bikes durften wir in der Garage abstellen. Wir bedanken uns auf diesem Wege nochmals bei der freundlichen Vermieterin, Frau Funke. Danke schön!

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Unterkunft in Ordnung, es war alles da, was man braucht. Sauna ist im Keller vorhanden. sehr gute Lage, Bäcker, Restaurants und Strand 100 m entfernt. Alles super zu erreichen.
