Staff, especially Bashir who made a big difference by being such a nice person, plus the morning staff who were very helpful. The hotel is very convenient and close to everything. excellent hotel! We didn’t actually stay at Seefelds, they were doing some renovation so upgraded us to their sister hotel up the hill; Krumers Alpin. I can’t fault anything about this hotel, absolutely stunning, from the friendly staff, stunning location, rooms, bathroom, pool and leisure facilities, parking and food. Everything was amazing, so much so that I’m already reconsidering travel plans for next year to include another visit to Krumers.

The woman at the reception is beyond unqualified. She got so many things wrong. She gave us all wrong rooms. We told her that our names and rooms didn’t correspond to what we booked. She insisted she was right. We were too tired to argue after long travel. So there we were crossing things out on the forms and writing our details again. Next day she told us to move rooms. She wouldn’t keep our luggage saying she did have luggage room. She would argue with guests entire stay telling them they were wrong. At the end of the stay she wanted me to take some heavy package saying it was mine because it was in my room. It wasn’t mine! Someone else left it there. She wouldn’t listen. Was yelling at me as I was walking away. What an experience.
