The room was very clean and there was lots of cupboard and drawer space. Bathroom was modern and clean. Pool area was very nice and the spa area was enjoyable. Plenty of towels as well. Gym was very basic. Just a treadmill, cross trainer and bike. Staff on reception were very helpful and gave us lots of details of places to visit and eat at. I liked the 3pm cakes they provided every day! The bar and lounge area was immaculate and the staff very attentive - constantly tidying up and making the area look inviting. Location is excellent. Right in the heart of the town with good access to shops and ski slopes. I would recommend this hotel and definitely come again. It had everything that we needed.

Location and staff were great. But my wife and I had to check out early due to a snow storm that was expected in Innsbruck. The hotel management obliged us to pay for the night anyway. So that was disappointing considering the circumstances. Based on that I would not recommend.

Although rated as 4 Star Superior the restaurant did not, in my opinion, meet this criteria. Although the standard of restaurant food provided was good, I was disappointed that apart from the main course all the other courses were self service. Also the tables in the restaurant were quite close together, making movement from our table to and from the buffet area difficult and private conversation at the table virtually impossible.
