Very nice hotel. Great location

We went for a family vacation to tour the Tyrol area. We stayed at the Charlotte hotel for 8 nights. The hotel offered us a very comfortable apartment and a parking space. The apartment was very well equipped, with nice view in a very quite place. The hotel is within less than 10 minutes easy walk from the center and allowed easy access to main roads with the car. the small indoor pool is a very nice addition and our kids enjoyed it a lot. overall it was a great experience and we will be happy to come back and to recommend it to others.

40 Euro standard cleaning charge

My main concern with this hotel is the 40 euro cleaning charge levied, in our case, for a 2 night stay, this is apparently standard and always applied (without seeing the room, which we left in good order). In the documentation it states - "Guests booked in 1- or 2-bedroom apartments will be charged a mandatory housekeeping/cleaning fee at check-in", however I think it is important that Expedia make it clear how much it is when booking as 40 euro is a significant increase in the cost of a short stay. In all other respects the hotel is ok.

Fehlende Gastfreundschaft

Am Anreisetag kurz gegrüsst und einen riesen Stapel Unterlagen bekommen zum selber durchlesen, keinerlei Infos wo sich welche Einrichtung befindet. Musste mir beim Hausmeister die notwendigen Erklärungen einholen. Wohnung war gemütlich, nur das Geschirr war bei unserem Eintreffen schmutzig. Der Pool ist sehr alt und eher ungepflegt, Haltegriffe sind abgerissen und nicht ersetzt. Beim Check-out wird die Rechnung vorgelegt ohne nachzufragen ob der Aufenthalt von 8 Tagen unseren Wünschen entsprochen hätte. Wo bleibt denn hier die typisch österreichische Gastfreundschaft welche sonst in ganz Seefeld sehr gepflegt angewendet wird?

Hiihtoloman perhemajoitus.

Huoneisto reilunkokoinen. Lämmin eteläparveke ja hyvä sijainti. Rauhallinen hotelli. Saunat vain yli 14v:lle,yhteissaunat. Altaalle pääsi kokoperhe. Huoneiston siivous viikon aikana ei kuulunut hintaan, roskis tyhjennettiin. Uudet pyyhkeet tarvittaessa. Hotellin ravintolaa ei kokeiltu, näytti ihan hyvältä. Huoneisto ihan reilun kokoinen ja iso etelä parveke.

Hotellet var fint. Gode rom med veranda. Vi kom noe sent så kjøkken var stengt, men kort vei til resturant i nærheten.

Fantastiske rom

Dette var et meget hyggelig opphold. Vi ble oppgradert til rommene A1 og B1 og de var meget bra. Var på samme hotell i 2006 og de har holdt standarden. Heiser opp i fjellet er bare 10-15 minutter unna. Reiser gjerne tilbake.

Hôtel proche de la ville dans une rue très calme

Accueil très chaleureux, aucune surprise par rapport à la description sur le site internet, La piscine, les salles "Wellness" sont très propres et spacieuses. Un point négatif pour nous français est l'heure du dîner : 19h15 au plus tard, dîner menu un peu cher quand il n'est pas compris dans la pension : 23€, mais le service est bien fait

Super Preis / Leistungsverhältnis. Freundlich und sehr bemüht. Frühstück dem Zimmerpreis entsprechend absolut in Ordnung. Zimmer und Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber tip top sauber. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen !

Der var god service, og jeg har aldrig set så stor en lejlighed... Det var nærmere et hus med 3 sove værelser, stor stue og køkken og mange bade værelser.. Super lækkert...
