Online pictures look better then what was actually there. Broken bedframes, tables wobble almost to the point of breaking, washer and dryer were broke when we arrived. All the vents in the house can be pushed through the floor, the cheap carpet that covers the steps is loose causing tripping and galling hazards. At the base of the staircase lies a massive vent that someone could fall through. Popcorn ceilings and the unit in the basement sprays water onto the floor also has abestos in the basement on the duct work. Outside the house was dirty condoms were everywhere behind the house. Someone tried breaking into the house while we were there and the windows were not locked. But on the positive note the property manager communicate relatively well and checked on us after the attempted break in. The house was clean for the most part and the commute to rileys wasnt far and easy to navigate.
