Overall the property were great! The receptionist who were assigned in the night were very helpful and polite.However, the one in the morning were not that helpful, her voice were so low and I couldn't understand her well, We asked her for a bottled water as a complimentary she said you can buy it in the marketplace, I asked her about the complimentary bottled water usually offered by all hotels,Surprisingly, this property don't offer any complimentary unless you are a member and she even said even its free we don't have supply or we don't have stock. I know we can buy the water but it was my first time that a hotel don't offer bottled water as a complimentary unless you are a member.

Poop and hair

The front desk staff was amazing. I had hair all over my bed and there was a poop stain on the couch. The breakfast was awful. Even cheap hotels have better food. Dishes were sticky and dirty. The room looked nice and the bathroom/shower was beautiful.

This hotel exceeded my expectations by far! Check in was easy and pleasant, lobby felt upscale, room was clean and comfortable. The staff at breakfast was all so friendly- they especially stood out. My only wish is that the indoor pool was heated. Water was almost too cold for kids to swim!

It starts and ends at the desk. I was greeted by a receptionist on her phone, had to almlst beg to get any information from her, couldnt care a less. I noticed thereafter pretty much everytime you walked past the desk they were playing on there phones. Only one member of staff that was remotely helpful on the desk. The bedding and bath towels all smelled like they were damp. Greeat location, modern hotel let down by some really poor staff.

Hotel is conveniently located for walking around town. Rooms are fine with everything you would need. I liked the bar patio area, was a nice place to hangout at night with a drink. The only gripe was the the parking over night was expensive.
